Terms of Service

The rules for using WarnPack. By creating an account or using the app or website you agree to them.

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Read this part. WarnPack shows opinions and experiences shared by other travelers. They are not verified facts, and they are not a substitute for your own judgment or for local advice. You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for what you post.

1. Who can use WarnPack

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use WarnPack if you have been banned from it. You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. Keep your password secure and tell us about any unauthorised access.

2. Your content

3. What is not allowed

The full rules are in our Community Guidelines. In summary, you may not:

4. Moderation, reports and enforcement

We use automated tools and human review. You can report any post, comment, AirDrop or user inside the app, and block users in chat. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently ban accounts, at our discretion and without prior notice if we reasonably believe these Terms are broken. AirDrop accounts that receive three valid reports may be blocked permanently. You can appeal a decision by emailing support@warnpack.com within 30 days.

5. AirDrops and location

AirDrops are short public messages visible to WarnPack users within about 100 metres for 10 minutes. By posting one you accept that nearby users will see your username and message. AirDrop requires location permission, which you can turn off at any time. Free accounts may have a daily AirDrop limit.

6. Messages

Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read them or restore them if you lose your device. You are responsible for your own messages. We may act on a report using information the reporting user shares, and on metadata such as which accounts contacted whom.

7. Safety, accuracy and emergencies

Content on WarnPack reflects the personal experience and opinions of users and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Do not rely on it as the only basis for any decision. WarnPack is not an emergency service. In an emergency contact local emergency services immediately. See our Disclaimer.

8. Paid features

If we offer paid features or subscriptions, the price, billing period and cancellation terms will be shown to you before you pay. Purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google Play's payment terms, and refunds follow Google Play's policies unless the law says otherwise.

9. Intellectual property and takedown requests

The WarnPack name, logo, app and website are ours or our licensors'. If you believe content on WarnPack infringes your copyright or is unlawful, send a notice to legal@warnpack.com with a description of the work, the location of the content, your contact details and a statement made in good faith. We will review it and act where appropriate.

10. Termination

You can stop using WarnPack and delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we need to by law.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability

WarnPack is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate, and we are not liable for content posted by users or for any decisions you make because of it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to WarnPack is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the update.
